Monster Hunter Rise does not support Split Screen Co-op. Fortunately, Monster Hunter Rise supports Online Co-op. 4 players can join & defeat opponents together. Creatures similar to dog & cat can be used in both solo & multiplayer modes. However, in multiplayer mode, you can choose either dog or cat.

This game is available on PC & Nintendo Switch so many fans want to know whether Monster Hunter Rise will support Cross Play or Cross Progression. CAPCOM has officially revealed that they have no plans of adding Cross Play or Cross Progression to Monster Hunter Rise. Therefore, fans will not be able to play Monster Hunter Rise with their buddies from different platforms in the future too. The good news is that PS4 & PS5 users will be able to match in multiplayer.

Fans will not be able to share their progress & saves between different platforms because Monster Hunter Rise will not support Cross Progression.

Monster Hunter Rise Description:

Use tools & surroundings to dodge attacks of the creatures. Allow the creature to finish his move, and then hit him in the back. Look for the weak spots of the monster & attack him on that spot. You are very sensitive in comparison to monsters so dodge their attacks. However, when you defeat the creature, then you will receive a bonus. When you kill a monster, you will get important items including creature parts, used for creating dangerous weapons & armour.

As you progress through the gameplay, you will face harder creatures. Monster Hunter Rise consists of fresh creatures as well as beasts from the previous games.

 

Use weapons of Monster Hunter Generations & World:

You will be able to use all weapons of Monster Hunter Generations & Monster Hunter World.

 

Vertical Scaling & Tools:

Use vertical movement more in this game compared to earlier games because the name “Rise” means rising up.

You can use tools for vertical movement. A new tool is like a dog that you can ride & the best benefit of this tool is that it does not lose stamina. He can assist you in moving up & he can simply scale cliffs & can be used for battling against creatures.

A fresh creature similar to a cat is available that can assist you in completing quests.

Use a new item called Wirebug for grappling & swinging across gaps or higher surfaces. This tool can be used with every weapon, & can help you in adding more moves & combos to every weapon.
